The Vancouver Island Cooperative Preschool Association supports fourteen parent participation preschools on Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands. These member preschools are the Vancouver Island Cooperative Preschool Association (VICPA).

VICPA has been in existence since 1949. It has been an advocate for high quality early childhood education for children and sets professional standards for adults who work with them.

VICPA preschools meet or exceed provincial government licensing and safety standards. They benefit from being a part of the history, reputation, and network of the association.
